Company Profile
Next Steps Community Care Limited was established in 2006 by two registerd nurses, Steve and Caroline Croxton after years of experience in the NHS.
We believe everyone needs a sense of belonging and a right of ownership to their lives. We will be reactive, compassionate, yet professional with our approach. We provide our services to those requiring minimal support right through to those with more complex needs.
Staff are fully trained to meet all local authority requirements plus additional training is identified and delivered around an individual's specific needs inlcuding Peg feeding, catheter care, makaton, epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam administration.
Both Steve and Caroline are from NHS and Social Care Development backgrounds with a combined experience of over 35 years working with individuals with specific needs.
Our team has grown and developed over the years with the increasing demand for individual support.
We provide support services across Peterborough and Cambridsgeshire.
The Next Steps aim is to deliver the highest possible quality of care to the people we support, adopting a flexible approach to individual's needs enabling them to continue to live in their own homes and helping to maintain their independence and preserve their quality of life.
Our Ethos is of true individualised care and support to enable each person to achieve their next step. To achieve their true potential and be all they can be.
By providing a very bespoke service based on an individual's needs, we ensure they have all the support they require to develop and become as independent as possible.
