We support individuals aged 18 and over who have moderate to severe levels of one or more of the following needs in our Supported Living and Complex Care services:

• Learning Disability
• Mental Health needs
• Sensory Imparement
• Challenging Behaviour
• Acquired Brain Injury
• Other Complex Needs

Our service has been designed to offer an all ecompassing solution for those requiring care and support at home. We recognise that everyone is different and that needs change, so our services are individually tailored and continually adapted; care as you want it, when you want it.

Activities

We design staff groups around the person we support, we also listen to what YOU want to achieve and design an activity plan around your needs and requirements. 

Be it sailing, College or just shopping, we csan support you in mostly anything you can think of! You might want to take on a new hobby or skill, or go on holiday, we can help with that!
